As part of the admission procedure, Registration form and an Application form will be given after a payment of administrative and annual fee. Admission can be done either through online registration or offline registration.

Gem International is a school with difference. Its admission criteria are concentrated around the capabilities and possibilities of your child rather than what he has rote-learnt before. So “Readiness Assessment” is not just centered on the child’s familiarity with the text books of previous class, but to gain an insight into his intrinsic worth and his readiness to be taken into a new system. However we do conduct Aptitude tests is as mentioned below.

Aptitude test and personal interview will be held in school on any day depending upon mutual convenience. For Classes I to V, generally, we expect to meet both the parents before admission is granted.

If the school offers your child an admission, pay the admission and other fee as required, submit any pending document and confirm the seat. If the admission is granted, submit the application form, complete in all respects together with the required document; photographs and declaration etc.

Admission to the hostel will be treated separately. By virtue of being admitted to GEM International School a child cannot claim admission to the boarding facility as a matter of right. Please consult the school, if in doubt.

Those who intend to make use of the school transport, should fill in a separate form with the details of the destination, point-of-pick-up etc.

Birth certificate should be produced at the time of admission to Grade I. Those who seek admission from other schools,must produce a transfer certificate and the report card (of the qualifying exam) from the school last attended. Four copies of recent passport size photograph should also be submitted. Foreigners, Indian with foreign nationality or passport and NRI’s should submit photocopies of the relevant pages of their passport attested by a notary or a signatory at the embassy. An admission test followed by an interaction with the child is a pre-requisite for admission. Grades IX & X students are advised to stay in the school hostel. School provides special prep cum coaching for boarders.

Fee can be paid in 4 installments. At the time of admission, registration fee, admission fee, caution deposit and the 1st installment of the annual tuition fee must be paid.

Fee paid after the due date will be charged a penalty.
Fee once paid will not be refunded.
In case students fail to pay fee for two consecutive months, the defaulter’s name will be struck off from the roles and they will have to seek re-admission.
